12.1 The 96phj platform is strictly for adults aged 21 years and above. 96phj does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21 years of age.
12.2 If 96phj becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, the account will be immediately suspended, the data will be securely deleted, and any deposits made will be returned to the originating payment method in accordance with PAGCOR regulations.
